Orbit Support is how Data Cube Systems clients get help and check on their support tickets from their phone. It is available for iPhone now.

On a computer? Open datacubesystems.com/get-app on your iPhone and it goes straight to the App Store.
After you install it
Sign in with your work Microsoft account, the one you use for email. If the sign-in screen says your organization needs to approve the app, call us at (407) 857-9904 and we will take care of it.
No iPhone? You can still check on your tickets in the client portal or by email.
